University Japanese Language Instructor Period: July 2nd to July 16th

CSA Japan Co. Ltd. is hiring a Japanese language instructor to teach beginner level Japanese language to American, Australian and other international University students at a University campus in Shinjuku, Tokyo in January 2025. The following. Details: - Teaching period: January 6, 2025 – January 17, 2025 - Level: Beginner ～ Advanced level - Number of students in class: around 10-15 - Class times: Usually 9:30am - 14:50 or 16:40. Monday through Friday with break periods between classes and lunch break. The first Monday January 6th is a placement test for about 1-2 hours in the afternoon. The first Friday ends at 12:20. There are about 45 hours in total. Some culture activities are included and are not required to attend. - Textbook and course syllabus are provided. Instructor has the ability to develop daily class activities based on the textbook, their own content, and adjust syllabus daily content accordingly. - We are looking for an instructor who can develop course content, assessment, and provide a grade to each student based on given grading criteria. - Instruction is mostly held in English since the students are beginner level. Session A: June 14 - June 28 Session B: June 28 - July 12 Session C: July 12 - July 26

Application conditions

- Must have native level Japanese language ability. - Master's degree or higher required (for Lead Instructor position). - Bachelor's degree required (for Teaching Assistant position). - Experience teaching to University students preferred. - Communication in English required. Advanced level is not required. - Must be available in person.
