★Yaruki Switch Group, as the second largest private education group in Japan, is actively recruiting English teachers for its diverse range of schools! The group operates several popular English-centric brands, including the after-school program Kids Duo and the English conversation school WinBe, as well as the bilingual kindergartens Kids Duo International and iKids Star. Teachers within the group are encouraged to use creativity and a fun, hands-on approach to engage students and foster long-term personal connections.★ 【Features of Kids Duo】 Kids Duo focuses on fostering students’ confidence and abilities in English via interactive games and activities. While we support teachers with an established curriculum and lesson plans, successful teachers grow and expand on these foundations by providing their own unique and original games and lesson ideas. Our approach allows for ample creative freedom to personalize your teaching style and inject passion and enthusiasm into your class. ・Age Group: Primarily ages 3–12. ・Working Days: 5 days a week (generally Monday through ・Friday). ・Working Hours: Regular hours fall within 9:00–20:30. ・Shifts: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break). Usual shifts include 10:00–19:00, 10:30–19:30, 11:00–20:00, etc.. ・Weekend Work: Occasional special events held on Saturdays & Sundays (e.g., Open Schools, Spelling Bees, Recitals). 【Features of WinBe】 WinBe is a time-tested, continuously expanding English conversation school with locations all over Japan. Our goal is to bring English education in Japan to a new level, with outstanding results powered by our conversation and culturally driven curriculum. Our instructors provide students with fun and creative classes that focus on real-life conversational skills. ・Age Group: Primarily aged 3–14. ・Working Days: 5 days a week (generally Tuesday through Saturday). ・Working Hours: Instructors work 8 hours a day, including a 45-minute break. ・Shift Times: Typically 13:00–21:00 on weekdays, and 10:00– 18:00 on weekends (schedules may differ school to school). 【Features of Kids Duo International】 As a bilingual kindergarten, our students also participate in a plethora of Japanese-language classes and activities, including music, vocational role-play, and our expansive physical education program ? the aptly named (and student-favorite) “Ninja Class.” Native English instructors accompany their students throughout all of these programs, and are encouraged to participate as well! ・Age Group: Ages 2 to 6. ・Working Days: 5 days a week (generally Monday through Friday). ・Working Hours: Regular working hours are 8:30–17:30. ・Shifts: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break). ・Overtime: Instructors may be asked to work paid overtime in the mornings or evenings if able. 【Features of i Kids Star】 As a bilingual kindergarten, our students also participate in a plethora of Japanese-language classes and activities, including music, vocational role-play, and our expansive physical education program, the aptly named (and student-favorite) “Ninja Class.” Native English instructors accompany their students throughout all of these programs, and are encouraged to participate as well! ・Age Group: Ages 2–6. ・Working Days: 5 days a week (schedules may vary slightly school to school). ・Working Hours: Regular working hours are 8:30–17:30. 【Qualifications】 • Native level of English • Love for children and passion for teaching • Willing to commit for at least one year • University Degree (or self-supported working visa, spousal visa, permanent residence, Japanese citizenship) 【Welcomed skills】 ・Experience working at pre-schools, after-schools, or English conversation schools is a plus!
