~Attractive Points~ Opportunities for overseas business trips (2–3 times per year on average; past destinations include Hawaii, New York, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Singapore, Okinawa, etc.) Internal communication is conducted approximately 50% in English and 50% in Japanese Gain experience in providing premium services for high-net-worth clients Work in a multinational team environment Rent and relocation subsidies available for candidates living near the office [Mission] This is a playing manager role that combines being a “support partner for overseas study” and the “on-site leader of a 10-member team.” In addition to providing student support such as academic guidance, interpretation during interviews, and accompanying students on-site, the role also includes arranging appointments with professors at overseas educational institutions when needed. Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing service quality on-site and managing the team. [Details] [Player Duties (approx. 40%)] Provide comprehensive support for students (mainly middle and high schoolers) as they pursue overseas study or international school admissions. 1. Academic & Admissions Support We handle academic performance management, provide study guidance in both Japanese and English, create curricula, support the selection of desired schools (overseas universities and domestic international schools), and assist with goal-setting and planning for further education. We also manage schedules for tutors, extracurricular activities, and other related commitments. 2. Interview & Application Support (Japanese and English) Attend interviews with overseas schools and domestic international schools and provide consecutive interpretation. Support the full application process, including document preparation, test registration, travel preparation, and guidance for parents. 3. Communication with Schools & Parents Act as a concierge by handling inquiries to overseas schools and domestic international schools, liaising with teachers, and offering ongoing counseling and recommendations to parents. 4. On-Site Support (including overseas travel) Once students are admitted, accompany them to their dormitory, assist with purchasing daily necessities, and support their transition as they settle into a new environment abroad. 5. Experiential Program Coordination Plan and lead experiential programs such as summer camps and summer schools, create vacation study plans, and guide fieldwork and campus tours, including both domestic and international accompaniment. [Managerial Duties (approx. 60%)] 1. Team Management Supervise the progress, training, and evaluation of approximately 10 staff members and oversee daily on-site operations. 2. Quality Control & Operational Improvement Maintain and enhance service quality, review operational processes, and implement improvement initiatives. 3. On-Site Leadership as a Player–Manager While performing player duties yourself, lead the team to maximize performance and ensure high service standards.

【Required Qualifications】 ・Basic PC skills ・Bilingual in Japanese and English ・Native-level Japanese proficiency (business-level speaking—including honorifics—and reading/writing)  → Required due to frequent communication with Japanese parents and domestic schools ・Understanding of Japanese working culture ・Understanding of US/UK education systems such as IB and AP 【Preferred Qualifications】 ・Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in the United States or the United Kingdom  (e.g., UCLA, NYU, University of Chicago, UK universities) ・Applicants who graduated from a Japanese university are also welcome if they are returnees or graduates of an international school.
