[Specific Job Description] Your primary mission will be to ensure the quality of online Japanese language education and operational efficiency. ・Instructor training and development: Planning and implementing instructor training, supervision, and recruitment interviews. ・Educational program and teaching material development: Creation of LMS materials and tests (placement, speech/conversation, rubrics). ・Operational management and work efficiency improvement: Student selection, grade management, various manuals and report creation, general administrative work (utilizing IT skills).

Application conditions

[Requirements] - At least one year of full-time teaching experience at a designated or accredited Japanese language institution. - IT literacy. - Experience managing instructor training. [Desired Skills (Preferred Requirements)] - Business-level English (TOEIC 800 or above). - Experience with flipped classrooms, active learning, and ICT education. - Experience working with Microsoft Teams. - Experience developing LMS materials, creating manuals, and creating flyers and posters. - Ability to use Excel functions, VBA macros, and Python to improve work efficiency.
